Builds the Shoup constants for a root table, so the table-less transform overloads can delegate to the vectorized precon kernels.

Parameters

• table – is the table of roots of unity.

• modulus – is the modulus of the transform.

Returns

the vector of PrepModMulConst() values of the table entries.
