Matrix<int32_t> lbcrypto::ConvertToInt32(const Matrix<V> &input, const typename V::Integer &modulus)

Converts a matrix of vectors modulo q to the centered representatives in (-q/2, q/2] of their first entries, as int32_t.

Parameters

• input – the matrix of vectors with entries in [0, q); only entry 0 of each vector is used.

• modulus – the modulus q.

Returns

the matrix of centered representatives; throws if one does not fit in an int32_t.
