uint32_t lbcrypto::FindAutomorphismIndex2nComplex(int32_t i, uint32_t m)
Find an automorphism index for a power-of-two cyclotomic order in the CKKS (complex slot) layout, where the slots form one cycle generated by 5 and no conjugation is involved: rotation by i maps to the index 5^i mod m (5^-i for a negative i).
